  1. I first experienced the impact of the ET Program - Excellence in Teaching as a young High School Principal. The principles espoused by Dr William Glasser (now Choice Theory) and the structured approach to quality lesson design (adapted from dr Madeline Hunter) transformed the whole school's impact on students and how they learned. I transferred the operating principles to my next position, at that time as Principal of one of the largest High Schools in Queensland, and used it with significant impact when working especially with young teachers and those I had to appraise for permanent status in the state system. During the past few years I have spoken with many experienced teachers who were trained in Excellence in Teaching. All report on how that training made them much better teachers.
Are there any of you out there who would like to share your experiences in how the ET Program - Excellence in Teaching has helped you in your teaching?
I'd love to read your comments.
